Griffin Novak: RHP/OF, (2021) Bloomfield Hills, MI. 5-foot-11, 130-pound lanky frame. Capable in the box, Novak's best exit velocity was 75 mph. Begins in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then uses a toe tap. Had a flat swing plane, above average bat speed and level finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found a few barrels. Up the middle approach. Capable from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 80 mph; has consistent feet, soft hands, and a lengthy exchange. Fields the ball deep, movements laterally were average. Showed decent accuracy to the base with a long arm action and a high ¾ slot. Athletic on the mound, showed a quick arm action and a ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and shows some effort. Displays downhill shoulders and a low balance point. Lands square with a falling off finish. Curveball (66-68 mph).Produced a fastball that came in at 73-75 mph and topped out at 76 mph; shows very consistent control and lack of action with straight movement. He shows command low in the zone and some action on his flat changeup . Had sweeping action and consistent command on his tight slider .

Hit: (RHH) Started in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a toe tap. Above average bat speed. Level finish, flat swing. Up the middle approach.
Power: 75 mph exit velocity. 55.99 mph bat speed average. 23.26 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (OF) Soft hands, consistent footwork, lengthy exchange. Capable. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball deep.
Arm: 80 mph outfield velocity. Long arm action, high ¾ slot, decent accuracy.
Pitching: Athletic. Tilt-and-topple delivery, some effort. ¾ arm angle, quick arm speed, quick arm action. Low balance point, downhill shoulders, lands square, a falling off finish.
FB: T76. 73-75 mph. (Max spin 1915; Avg 1786). Very consistent accuracy, lack of action, straight movement.
CB: 66-68 mph.
CH: Low in the zone control, some action, flat movement.
SL: Consistent command, sweeping action, tight movement.
