1.20.16 Weisenburger posses an athletic 6-foot-2, 210 pound frame. On the mound he delivers an effortless fastball that has been clocked as high as 92 mph. His outpitch is a sharp late breaking slider along with a fading change up with good deception. At the plate he has quick hands with a lot of pop in the bat. Has a 92 mph exit velocity.

9.29.13 Weisenburger proved why he is one of the most talented players in the Class of 2016.  The 6-foot-2, 190-pound RHP/OF has more room to grow and is by no means filled out.  Ran 7.29 and was 88mph from the outfield.  Ball has good carry and life. Advanced plus arm for his age.  At the plate has simple no load approach but lighting quick hands.  Had consistent contact. Had a impressive 92mph exit velocity.  On the mound he has big potential as well.  84-86mph.  Fastballs were consistently down at the knees.  Slider was 70-72mph and short in nature.  Well above average feel for the change at his age.  Smooth quick arm action and quick arm.  Will be one of the most highly sought after recruits in Michigan.

5/10/19: Pitched three scoreless innings in relief on Friday night for the Wolverines. He allowed one hit while walking two and striking out two. Fastball sat 91-93 mph with below average life. Flashed an above average curveball at 79 mph with short, late slider-like action at the plate. Also mixed in an average 84 mph changeup thrown with fastball arm speed. (Seifert)

8/1/186’3/220 pounds with a strong, physically mature frame. Proportionally built between upper and lower half. Simple, repeatable actions on the mound. Shows good athleticism and body control while consistently getting out over his front leg. Delivers from a high ¾ release and creates good leverage with his lower half. Arm action has a quick stab on his backside after hand break. Fastball showed life at 92-94 mph and he paired it with a sharp curveball between 79-81 mph. In 16.2 IP this summer, he’s registered 29 strikeouts with 16 walks. Reducing the free passes would certainly help elevate his prospect status. Overall, displayed one of the best combinations of size and stuff during the All-Star game. (D Jurik)
