Joshua (JD) Garman: C/RHP, (2021) Powers Catholic, MI. Purdue University Fort Wayne Commit, 6-foot-2, 210-pound. Athletic in the box, Garman's best exit velocity was 93 mph. Started in a balanced stance with a quick load, then used a leg kick. Has quick bat speed, short level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. While catching, he made strong throws to second and produced an efficient position velocity of 80 mph. Behind the plate, his strong arm produced efficient throws to second at velocities up to 80 mph; Showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.93-1.98. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.52.
