Zac Jones: SS, (2021) Stoney Creek, MI. Ball State Commit, 6-foot-1, 175-pound. Athletic at the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 95 mph. Started in a tall stance with a controlled smooth load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed was explosive, displayed a level loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found lots of barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, his best throw was recorded at 84 mph. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.97.

Hit: (RHH) Begins in a tall stance with a controlled smooth load, then uses a leg kick. Explosive bat speed. Good extension on his finish, level loose swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 95 mph exit velocity, average 88.18 mph. 68.71 mph bat speed average. 20.81 mph hand speed average.
Arm: 84 mph infield velocity.
Speed: 6.97 (60-yard).Fielding: Smooth fielder with great actions working towards the ball, very light on his feet with a fast release. Glove plays at any level.85 mph exit velocity with wood.
Swing: Sets up with a wide base keeping his hands back. Has a small front leg lift swinging with a little lift. Makes solid contact at the plate. Top of the order hitter that produces line drives.
6-foot-1, 170 pound middle infield prospect showed good range going both to the glove side as well as the back hand. Quick release from a high 3/4 arm angle. At he plate sets up with a balanced stance using a longer swing patch to make contact. Works the pull side.
