6/20/16- 6-foot-1, 220-pound right-handed pitcher. Sturdy build with strength. Controlled delivery, collects over rubber, with good direction and explosion to plate. Average effort on release. Fastball is hard and heavy with cut action at 85-87 mph. 79-82 mph is solid, more one-plane now, but has chance to be above avg. pitch in future. Fast riser in class who is receiving significant interest.
3/20/16- 6-foot-1, 215-pound right-handed pitcher. Strong durable build. Slight tuck and turn. Keeps weight back over rubber well. Arm is fast and clean out front. Stays closed to target and explodes to plate. Fastball is very heavy, on a downhill plane, and fills up strike zone at 84-85 mph. Hard sweeping break on curveball, thrown with conviction, at 76-79 mph. Changeup moves through zone with cutter action at 77-79 mph. Projects to throw harder. Strong follow in MN 2017 class and will make significant jump into rankings.
