6/7/16 - Passino is a 6-foot 180-pound right-handed hitting shortstop from Rockwood Summit in St. Louis, committed to Kansas State.  He ran a 6.96 60 and a 4.39 home-to-first.  He has a 92 mph exit velo.  At the plate, no wasted movement in swing, repeats, solid consistent contact, used the whole field during batting practice, gap-to-gap approach, smooth rhythm, stays on ball after contact.  On the infield, 84 mph positional velo, athletic actions, quick catch and throw, feet in sync with hands, loose high three-quarters arm action, accurate throws with back spin carry.
2/15/16 - Passino is a 6-foot 180-pound right-handed hitting shortstop in Missouri’s 2017 class.  He ran a 4.09 home-to-first and has an exit velo of 92 mph. At the plate, attacks ball, linear weight shift into contact, level path with pull power, gap-to-gap approach, solid consistent contact, loose hands.  On the infield, 87 mph positional velo, arm works, athletic actions, momentum through the catch, hands and feet in sync, over the top release but arm works from different angles, throws have carry, accurate.

6/16/15 - Passino is a 5-foot-11 180-pound right-handed hitting shortstop from Rockwood Summit in St. Louis.  Passino runs an 7.12 60 and has an 88 mph exit velo.  Passino has a tall stance with small stride, minimal load, level path to extension, gap-to-gap approach.  On the infield, athletic actions, quick feet, momentum towards 1B, high-three quarters release, soft hands, accurate throws. 80 mph positional velo. From the mound, Passino has smooth rhythm in his delivery, with an over-the-top release.  He stays inline as he gets towards the plate and finishes in an athletic position.  His fastball was at 79-82 mph.  He showed a late breaking curveball at 70-73 mph with 12-to-6 shape, throws for a strike.  Change up at 75 mph.
2/21/15 - Passino is a 5-foot-10 170-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2017 class from Rockwood Summit HS.  Passino has a clean/repeatable delivery, smooth rhythm, loose arm action,  works fastball at 80-81 mph, slight run, 12-to-6 curveball, throws for a strike, 65-69 mph, change-up at near fastball arm speed, arm side sink, 70-72 mph, athletic/projectable build. 
2/16/15 - Passino is a 5-foot-11 175-pound SS, impressed with the glove and the bat, defensively, quick feet, catches ball out front in throwing position, plays through the ball, arm works from all angles, 82 mph positional velo, with the bat, athletic set up, smooth load, short stride, short bat path to contact, level extension, hits to all fields, power to middle of field, produces back spin, 88 mph exit velo, 4.15 home-to-first
6/4/14 - Passino is a true middle infielder with very natural actions. He plays through the ball and displayed a good carry on his throws. At the plate, he has a balanced setup with a smooth load. A line drive hitter with good pop, with an exit velo of 82. Took a good approach in his at bats.
