8/5/15 - Sojka is a 6-foot-1 170-pound left-handed hitting middle infielder in the 2016 class.  Sojka ran a 7.44 60 and has an 81 mph exit velo. Athletic stance, simple and repeatable mechanics, loose hands, path has some lift, middle to pull approach, stole second and third in game action.  On the infield, 67 mph positional velo, made all plays cleanly, high three-quarters release, fluid footwork, fluid exchange, mostly accurate throws.

9/13/14 - Sojka is a 6-foot-1 160-pound left-handed hitting 2B/MIF. On the infield, Sojka has a positional velocity at 70 MPH; mostly accurate throws; high ¾ release; quick release.  At the plate, Sojka has an athletic set-up; 84 MPH exit velo; slight dive with front foot; line-drive approach to pull side; path is a bit uphill.  He runs a 7.59 60 and gets down the line in 4.66.  Sojka has improved times and velocities since last event.

11/3/13 - Sojka is a 6-foot, 150-pound left-hand hitting infielder.  At the plate he hits from a tall set up using a short stride.  He has a short, slightly uphill bat path and line drive approach.  He generates some leverage but needs to add strength.  His exit velocity was clocked as high as 73 mph.  In the infield he showed average hands and feet throwing from a ¾ slot with some accuracy.  Sojka’s top throwing velocity was 69 mph.  He ran a 7.85 60-yard dash.
