7/22/15 - Paschal is a 6-foot 150-pound right-handed pitcher and right-handed hitting shortstop.  He runs a 7.43 60, gets down the line in 4.34-seconds, and has a 77 mph exit velo.  During batting practice, Paschal has a middle approach, level path, starts in athletic stance, minimal load.  On the infield, 78 mph positional velo, one of the best among infielders, long arm swing, over the top release, fluid foot work, mostly accurate throws.  On the mound, simple repeatable delivery, body under control, arm works, fastball at 82-85 mph, one of the top velos for the event, high percentage of strikes, both sides of plate, 11-to-5 curveball, late action, tight spin, 69-68 mph, change up with fastball arm speed, 74-78 mph.
