Clayton Thurman: Warren Central  High School, Class of 2020; 5-foot-11, 190-pound solid frame; RHP/SS. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 86 mph. Sets up in open tall  stance and has a short stride  Exhibits an upward swing plane and quick bat speed, and he ends his swing with a high finish. In the infield, his position velocity was registered at 77 mph; showed consistent hands and quick feet. Showed a high ¾ slot and a consistent arm action. During the event, he ran the 60-yard dash in 7.44. On the mound, showing lightning arm speed he used a long arm action and an over-the-top arm angle. He is a tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort in his delivery. His fastball was clocked at 81-85 mph. His curveball (67-68 mph) had the most depth when he located it down by the hitter’s knees.
