Behind the plate, showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.92-1.92, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 74 mph. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.94.

5/22/19

Good frame for a catcher. Can improve his footwork behind the plate to become a better blocker and round out his skills behind the dish. His balanced setup and quality approach leads to solid gap-to-gap power.

5/22/19

soft hands, clean receiving ball, can get wide throwing, fluid actions
