A lean, lanky 6-foot, 145 pound showed carry on a loose whippy arm action from the infield and behind the plate. The short arm action registering a positional velocity of 78mph from across the infield and behind the plate, while producing accuracy, Harvey also flashed pop times between 2.18 - 2.32. Offensively, good head discipline, a flat swing, and decent extension produced a line-drive, gap-to-gap approach.
