Mueller is 6-1 with an athletic frame that has some lower body strength present and plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open relaxed athletic stance, strides on line, smooth load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, goes straight to the ball, slightly uphill swing with some strength at contact point, showed a good approach working primarily gap to gap, natural loft in his swing generates carry, exit velocity was 89. Behind the plate, clean exchange, throws from a higher three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 70 and pop times 2.01-2.18. Showed some accuracy on his throws. Ran a 7.28 60 yard dash.
