Jacob Albert: OF/OF, (2023) Pinkerton Academy, NH. 5-foot-10, 150-pound lean athletic frame. Above average at the plate, the left-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 92 mph. (67.43 mph bat speed average). (21.19 mph hand speed average). Began in an athletic balanced stance with a small load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was above average, used a loose flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Athletic from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 73 mph; has athletic quick feet, a clean exchange, and sure consistent hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Using a loose arm action, showed consistent accuracy to the bag from a high ¾ slot. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.61.

Hit: (LHH) Above average. Starts in an athletic balanced stance with a small load, then uses a controlled stride. Above average bat speed. Good extension on his finish, loose flat swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 92 mph exit velocity, average 83.60 mph. 67.43 mph bat speed average. 21.19 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (OF) Sure consistent hands, athletic quick footwork, clean exchange. Athletic. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front.
Arm: 73 mph outfield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.
Speed: 6.61 (60-yard).
5-foot-9, 140-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and infielder. He ran a 6.5 sixty and he did it with ease. The approach in the outfield is athletic and online. He threw 79 mph from right field to the plate during the defensive portion of the workout. The arm is clean and quick. The frame can add strength to it as he matures. The bat has an exit velocity of 88 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot gains ground to the baseball. The hands work free and clean. The path to contact is simple and short to the ball. He is a legit prospect.
