Lomardi has a 5-foot-9, 175-pound solid frame. Was one of the top overall performers to come out of the event. In the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. Starts in a strong athletic stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride right before his swing. Showed an uphill swing plane, electric bat speed and high finish. During his round he produced a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Behind the plate, displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.92-2.11 pop time, he displayed a plus arm with strong throw downs to second that hit 75 mph; had firm hands, athletic footwork and a twitchy exchange. An athletic setup and some flexibility. Used a quick compact arm action with an-over-the-top slot while showing very consistent accuracy to the bag. He clocked a time of 7.54 in the 60-yard dash.
