Stands at 6-foot-1, 185-pounds. Athletic, strong build. Starts with his feet offset on the first base side of the mound. Keeps his hands down low until his leg lift. Gets deep into his backside. Big stride, softer frontside. Feet are slightly closed off at foot strike. Shoulders stay on the same plane through his delivery. Loose arm, comes from a higher 3/4 slot. Worked his FB at 81-83 MPH, touching 84 MPH. Displayed a quality slider with late lateral break at times, was 70-72 MPH. CH with fade at 74-75 MPH.
6-foot-1, 185-pound athletic frame. Clocked a time of 7.71 in the 60-yard dash. Began in a balanced open stance with a controlled load, then used a controlled stride before his swing. Bat speed was raw, had upward swing plane and high finish. Line drive approach. Knuckles had an exit velocity of 89 mph, showing his ability to drive the ball with power. From the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 82 mph; had soft hands, a quick exchange and athletic footwork. Showed a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base.
