Browne is a very exciting outfield prospect committed to Maryland. He is a 6-2 lefty hitter with good present size to a frame that could take on more and increase an already strong power tool. Browne is an average runner with good game speed. Defensively, his speed plays up because he gets good reads. His arm strength is just average.

At the next level, Browne may choose to become a power bat and that size may limit him positionally to the corner outfield or first base. However, the bat will keep him in the lineup. His approach at the plate is dictated by the count. Early in the count, Browne is in pull-side power mode with a slightly uphill swing. With two strikes, he shortens up and will take an all-fields approach. No matter the swing type, Browne displayed ++ bat speed that plays at all levels.
