9/11/16 (Super 17 Fall Wood Bat Invite, Diamond Nation)
Heine is a 6-foot-4, lanky RHP. Clean arm action showed well again. 85-86, touching 87. Curveball showed 11/5 depth at 72-73. Flashed 77 mph changeup with arm side fade for strikes. Lightning quick arm, sound mechanics. FB tends to flatten out when he falls to first base side of mound on finish.

6/16/16
Heine is a tall athletic 6-foot-4 185-pound righty. Very projectable frame and a lightning quick arm from a 3/4 slot, Heine sat 85-87 with some arm side run. A tall/fall type pitcher with somewhat of a recoil on finish. Little effort in velocity, loose/free arm.

6/19-6/21/15 -- Heine is a very athletic 6-foot4 right-hander who just completed his freshman year. Having seen him just last weekend, I was very excited to see that he was pitching with the 17U all out program against older, more experience competition. His velocity was down some from the previous weekend. His fastball ranged between 78-82 MPH. Due to this fact, he relied more heavily on his tight, tilted breaking ball which was between 68-71. He also utilized a changeup at 70-71 MPH. He was very impressive yet again despite the lack of velocity in this abbreviated outing. He did land more obviously across his body this time, cutting off his ability to rotate his hips over his front side.
6/13-6/15/15 -- Heine has a very athletic build and is about 6-foot-4 . At present time, he is one of the best 2018 prospects in the state, showing an advanced feel for pitching with very above average stuff. He has an extremely loose arm action and plus-plus arm speed, throwing his fastball to both sides of the plate at 82-85 miles-per-hour with late arm side life. He couples that with two above average secondary offerings. His curveball is very tight and has a well above average spin rate. It is a tilted breaking ball at 70-72 MPH. He also showed excellent feel for a late sinking changeup at 75-76 MPH. Heine is free and easy with smooth, athletic mechanics that he repeats very well. The free and easy right-hander shows great direction and has a great presence. In all, Heine may be one that power conference schools move fast on this summer.
