10/21/18 - Small frame, 5-foot-7, 150. Vossen is high-waisted with wiry strength.  With a 6.49 60 yd dash, he possesses a present plus tool.  In the outfield, he plays confidently, getting to the ball quickly, breaking down and throwing the ball with effort, creating strength and carry in his throws.  He throws from a high ¾ arm angle true and accurately.  At the plate, he stands tall with still hands, striding to a flat front foot. He displays a twitchy, top hand driven, swing that makes the ball jump off his bat. His contact produces hard line drives and ground balls.  He relies heavily on bat speed which occasionally provides sneaky pull side power. Vossen is a prototypical top of the lineup type player with a crude athleticism to his game that lends to a greater ceiling.
12/21/18 - 5-foot-8, Small frame with wiry strength. Vossen posted an event best 6.54 60 yard dash.  His speed carries huge value in the outfield as he tracks the ball well, taking great pride in his ability to take away hits.  He has a twitchy swing with his hands dropping slightly into his launch position.  He strides to a heavy front foot, staying on his backside and relying heavily on his quick hands to whip the bat through the zone.  Since his last event, Vossen’s has flattened his swing. He has a lot of tools and with work and guidance has a chance to be a legitimate top of the order type bat.  His intensity and unwillingness to accept anything less than success will ultimately propel him forward and make him an attribute to any program.
