8/19/18

6-foot,,175-pound right-handed pitcher. The fastball touched 81 mph, cutting action occasionally on the fastball. The slider is a good pitch, needs additional depth to it, sits at 76-78 mph. The changeup is developing, needs a spin fix. Sits at 77-79 mph. The delivery has minimal crossfire to it, above ¾ in slot. The lift is repeated and athletic, small forward lean as the leg goes up to waist height. The arm is clean, glove side has minimal pull to it. The stuff is improving as the frame begins to fill out.

June 25-27 (NYS Games) 2018
Lean build, athletic projection body. Quick arm take away tends to throw from behind the ear at a high 3/4 arm slot. FB sitting 76-79 mph. Tempo is quick to the plate. Inconsistent lower half/leg drive. Tends to recoil after release. Uses offspeed to keep hitters off balance. CB has tight spin and sweeping down action. Stays in line down the mound tends to over rotate upon lead foot contact.
8/2/2017

6-foot, 170-pound right-handed pitcher. Showed well at the event, threw strikes and initiated contact for quick work. The fastball touched 76 mph with arm side run to it. The slider is a good pitch for him, small leverage and the correct spin to it, sits at 70-71 mph. The changeup is in play, needs to be thrown more often. The delivery comes at you out of a slightly higher than ¾ arm slot, the feet having crossfire to them. The tracking of the front shoulder and glove side approach are appropriate. Small forward lean as he gets into his athletic lift. Needs to continue to work on arm strength, as the intangibles to pitch are already in place. 1.16 to the plate in the stretch, has ability to control the running game.
