Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance with feet shoulder width apart. Quick direct path to the baseball. Displayed a short compact swing with pop. Hard contact to the middle and pull side of the field. Defensively- the infielder displayed active footwork. Moves well laterally. Gets rid of the baseball quickly from a high 3/4 arm slot. Pitching- the right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. The 2020 RHP showed feel for a three pitch mix. FB peaked at 77 MPH. CB has tight early spin which ranged from 64-66 MPH and feel for a CH at 70-72 MPH.
A lean 5-foot-11, 165 pounds. Ran a 7.52 60 yard dash. Offensively- Tall open stance with high hands near the shoulder. Short load, quick violent bat path into the hitting zone. Slight lift at the point of contact. Displayed hard consistent contact during the hitting zone. Exit velocity was 87 MPH. Defensively- Active footwork. Get himself in a good position when fielding the baseball. Displayed above average transfer with a long arm action across the infield. Arm is good enough to play on the left side of the infield. Top velocity across the diamond was 81 MPH. Pitching- Displayed a under control repeatable delivery. A slight hitch at the hand separation before delivering the pitch. Good use of the lower half. FB peaked at 77 MPH and CB 70-71 has a sharp break. CH 70-71 has natural sink down in the zone.
