 Weber hits from a relaxed stance and a smooth, rhythmic load. He has a toe tap into stride which allows him to load his weight to his back half. He has some strength in his swing and his bat path is relative smooth and through the hitting zone. His lower half is engaged well in his swing. His foot work had some choppiness to it but he made up for it with good glove skills and a strong arm which produced carry. His upside at the next level may very well be on the mound. He pitches with smooth rhythm and good tempo; his lower half works well. He has a quick arm from a ¾ arm slot that produces late arm side run to a low-80s fastball. His changeup is hard at 75-76 MPH. His curveball has good 11-to-5 shape and has the makings of potentially being a legitimate out pitch.
