Brown stands 6-foot-0, 175-pounds with a wiry athletic frame. At the plate he uses a wide stance with a bat waggle, loose hands, uses a long stride on the pitch, hands power inside the ball mostly level through contact, Barrel flattens out through contact, lift and full high extension on the finish, 77 mph exit velocity off a tee. Defensively, very active lower half, loose actions, soft glove with lightning quick transfer, releases ball from several arm slots, 74 mph arm strength, accurate throws to the bag. He also ran a 7.27 60-yard dash showing off his athleticism. overall, very sound defensively and will only get better with added overall strength.

Strong, full extension through contact. Swing is smooth and repeats easily. Had an exit velocity of 74 MPH off the tee. Defensively- Sets up low in stance with body turned extremely towards 1B. Shuffles feet together out of crouch. Transfer from glove to hand is quick. Has a short arm action. Pop time ranged from 2.03-2.09 seconds with a velocity of 72 MPH.
