Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 93 MPH via Trackman. Shows fast hands and well balanced from his physical frame.
Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft while standing up during transfer.
