June 25-27, 2018 (NYS Games)

60 Yard Dash:
6.84
Exit Velocity:
94
Positional Arm:
82
Above average frame, highly athletic with strong build. Good read on the ball from the OF with a quick first step. Long whippy arm action with 82 mph arm-strength, signs of carry. Open stance at the plate, with low set quiet hands. Uses a very quick compact bat path, 94 mph exit velo. slight leg kick for timing. Power potential at the next level.
6/6/2018
Proctor ran a 6.75-60.  Arm strength measured at 82-MPH from the outfield an increase from February 2018.
Northeast Pride Workout (February 10, 2018)
Proctor stands in at 6-foot-1, 183-pounds with a tall, lean, athletic frame. Ran a 6.72 – 60, improved from his 7.25 set in June 2017. Offensively- Righty sets up in an open stance utilizing a powerful trigger getting into a good hitting position. Shows good rotation on lower half and quick hands throughout the hitting zone. Demonstrated good plate coverage and potential with an explosive bat driving the ball to the back of the batting cage. Recorded an exit velocity of 92 MPH, a 2 MPH increase from his previous best mark of 90 MPH set in June 2017. Defensively- Shows good footwork and approach to the baseball. Fluid mechanics through the baseball with accurate throws using good outfielder arm action. Recorded a positional arm velocity of 79 MPH, tying his best mark set in June 2017. Overall a talent prospect coaches need to keep an eye on.
NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)
Athletic 6-foot-1, 183-pound outfielder who ran a 7.25/60 - up from 7.42 in June. Offensively - short, compact swing, effective with some evidence of counter rotation between and upper and lower torso, keeps bat on level path through the zone with slight upper cut after contact for an exit velocity of 90 MPH, scary to think what he is capable of accomplishing with further lower body engagement. Defensively - agile footwork, comfortably gathers body behind ball to create momentum for an accurate arm at 79 MPH, intriguing potential.
