We saw Noah just about 2 months ago on a cold blustery day and his stuff stood out. Nothing different this time around as the broad shouldered RHP continued to pound the zone. Pitching- Uses a simple drop step with a controlled leg drive. Short, infield like arm action when hands break but picks up all kinds of arm speed in a hurry. FB can sneak up on a hitter, appearing much harder then 80-83 MPH. Improvements with leg drive, lower half rotation and follow through will only help him reach his full potential. Threw a couple dagger like 12/6-shape curveballs (slightly different action then in October) and can sell the change up with ease. Type of pitcher that won't beat himself on the mound. Should be able to contribute early on at the right program. 

Noah stands at a strong 6-foot-0, 190 pounds with broad shoulders. Pitching- Noah uses a short drop step up to his balance point with a slight over rotation at the top. Stays under control out into his landing. Can close off some with a slight collapse on his front side but arm works well from an abbreviated arm circle and high 3/4 slot. Finishes slightly off to 1B side. FB sat 80-81 MPH with some heaviness to it. CB had more of a 10-4 shape with late biting action. Above average secondary pitch. Workhorse/Bulldog approach on the mound.
