He ran a 7.68 60 yard dash on lasers. At the plate he uses a wide stance with a high-back load front stride for timing. His hands power to the ball on a mostly level barrel plane full extension loose easy bat whip. 80 mph exit velocity off a tee with signs of more to come in the near future. Defensively he works from the outfield, fields the ball on his glove side out in front of his body keeping momentum towards his target on the throw, releases the ball from a high 3/4 lot 77 mph arm strength. On the mound, fastball peaked at 78 mph, simple clean mechanics, stays compact over the rubber, releases the ball from a high 3/4 slot, arm action is back, shows a strong feel for both the changeup and curveball, changeup fades to the arm side, curveball has 12-6 shape. Nice looking prospect to keep an eye on this summer.
