7/22/20

Physical: Lean and athletic 5-foot-9, 155-pound frame with quality feel for his body on the bump.

Pitching: LHP - Deliberate pace in the delivery with a high leg lift at the top of the stack, gets directional towards the plate with a smooth release through a high ¾ slot with downhill plane while getting extended on the front side. Commanded FB ranging from 75-76 mph with natural arm-side run coupled with a sharp 68-69 mph CB with 1/7 shape and feel for spin. Mixed a solid 67-68 mph CH with occasional arm-side fade and deception at the plate.

7/30/19

A lean athletic frame at 5-foot-8, 140 pounds. Offensively- the left handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance. Simple load actions. Quick direct path to the baseball. Low effort hitting actions. Stays balanced throughout the swing. Exit velocity was 78 MPH. Defensively- the OF displayed active footwork. Smooth exchange and throws from a high ¾ arm slot. The top throwing velocity was 78 MPH. Pitching- the left handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery and a projectable arm. Works off a high knee left, smooth hand separation, and works downhill from a balanced backside. FB peaked at 78 MPH with late arm side action. CB had late downward action and ranged from 68-69 MPH. The 2021 graduate is a must follow.
