Brycen Fox: OF/LHP, (2023) Badin High School, OH. 6-foot, 175-pound. During batting practice, Fox recorded an exit velocity of 87 mph. (65.1 mph bat speed average). (21.1 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced quiet stance with a compact load, then used a controlled stride. Had an uphill swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. Solid recorded an outfield position velocity of 87 mph; had sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.43 at the event. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 77-80 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1737; Avg 1697). Had sweeping action on his 1/7 curveball (68-70). (Max spin 1864; Avg 1864). He shows slight fading action on his changeup (71-72)
