Hit: Balanced setup with athletic, fluid movements. Very solid BP with some of the louder pop we saw of the day. Ball really comes off well with both strength/speed grading out as above average.
Power: Flashed gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Middle ceiling.
Max BP Exit: 85mph.
Max BP Distance: 272ft.
Field: Rangy defender in the infield. Plays with quiet actions in his approach and ball skills that are developing.
Throw: Above average strength.
Defensive Projection: Corner.
Scouting Notes: Another high follow out of the ICH Giants org. Athletic delivery with a quick, compact arm that generated fastball velocities in the upper 70s, topping 80mph. Scouts will be attracted to his combination of athleticism/potential for above average velocity. Secondary offerings were playable.
