2/7/18
5-foot-8, 172 pound two-way player has a smaller build displayed an even tempo producing flowing mechanics that resulted in a consistent delivery. Lazor throws from an over the top arm action and creates good separation at hand break allowing him to get to a strong throwing position at foot strike. His fastball sat 71-73 topping out at 74 mph with slight arm side run to it. curveball was 60-61 with some late bite to it.  Lazor’s slider sat 63-65 with run and thrown very well for strikes. Has plenty of time to grow and get stronger. Athleticism will allow for further development of skills. At the plate Lazor swings it from the right side. Movements are athletic as he incorporates a slight back load during his toe turn timing mechanism. Flashed very impressive natural tools for class. Balances intent and control well, allowing him to drive the ball all over the field. More of a gap guy now but power looks to be on its way.

60-yard dash: 8.22

Outfield Velocity: 72

Exit Velocity: 81

2/9/17
5-foot-7, 150-pound prospect. A contact type hitter at the plate that showed a short, compact swing. Bat has some quickness to it as it gets through the zone on a level path. Ball comes off his bat well, especially to his pull side. Very good when he shifted weight into contact as he has a tendency to get to his front side prior to swing decision. Behind the plate he does a nice job of gaining ground with his footwork during his throws to second base. Transfer skills are adequate and arm strength is developing. In the outfield he showed quick, choppy footwork approaching the ball. Does a nice job of getting the hop he wants and attacking it. Uses a shuffle step for momentum into his throws that were consistently on target. Also worked out in the infield. Footwork is quick, with some fluidity. Showed confidence in his glove outside his funnel. Would be aided by creating angles in his pre fielding footwork to play through the baseball more efficiently. Looked comfortable going to his backhand side. At first base he uses quick footwork and showed above average lateral mobility for the position. First step is very quick and glove skills are adequate. On the mound the right handed pitcher displays some quickness with arm speed while working through a high ¾ slot. Tempo speeds after balance point. Fastball ranges between 68-70 mph with lite arm-side run. Breaking ball flashes sharpness from time to time on an 11/5 plane; pitch sits 60-62 mph. Also mixes in a 60-61 mph changeup.

60-yard Dash: 8.14
Infield Velocity: 66
Outfield Velocity: 67
Exit Velocity: 77
