Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 61 mph; has consistent hands, a natural clean exchange, and athletic feet. Out front fielding mechanics. Had a compact arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a 60 time of 7.49 at the event.
8/1/18 Plays fast and confident in the outfield. Gets too and through the baseball quickly. Ball comes out well and throws showed accuracy. Also worked out in the infield. Plays with direct feet to the ball, attacking/cutting down distance off the bat. Ball skills are ahead of the curve for class. Tossed it across the diamond with accuracy. Lefty swinger with a smooth, athletic stroke. Generates easy barrel whip through the zone and bat gets through contact with authority. Gap to gap guy presently. Very athletic, efficient stroke.
7/10/18 Lefty swinger with athletic actions in the box. Uses a toe turn for timing as barrel flows back to launch. Level path with impressive feel for finding the barrel. Ball comes off well. Line drive in general with gap abilities. Should see easy increases in pop as he adds strength considering his athleticism/swing efficiency. Plays with fluid actions in the infield while remaining under control throughout process. Ball skills are adequate for the spot/class. Middle infielder type guy. In the outfield he plays under control to and through the baseball. Slows momentum a bit at fielding to ensure ball security. Arm plays as a much bigger tools out there than in the infield. 60-yard dash: 7.67 Infield Velocity: 61 Outfield Velocity: 71 Exit Velocity: 73
