Right-handed pitching prospect in the 2018 class. Big inward leg kick with short arm action. Shows effort in his delivery. Fastball is mostly straight at 78-79 mph. Two-plane action to breaking ball with 11/5 break at 64-65 mph. Occasionally gets around it too much. Slider shows spin with higher velocity and less break at 67-70 mph. Knuckleball shows some tumble to it at 68-69 mph. Changeup is thrown near fastball arm action and mostly straight at 72-73 mph. Occasional fade to the arm side.

5-foot-10, 195 pound right hand pitching prospect with stocky build. Starts off with a slower tempo progressing into a quick release to finish his motion. Budinski throws from a ¾ arm slot with a 76-79 mph fastball. Slider was 68-70 with a slurvish look to it. Knuckle ball had some dance and he had more feel than most with the offering at 68-70 mph. A strike thrower that filled up the zone throughout bullpen.

5-foot-10, 195 pounds with a projectable athletic frame. On the mound, the right handed pitcher uses a low effort type delivery while throwing through a 3/4 slot. Above average arm speed. Features a 74-77 mph fastball that displays arm-side movement. His slider shows good left to right movement with some sharpness in bite; sits 66-67 mph. Also mixes in a knuckleball.
