Started in a quiet stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled small leg kick. Has efficient bat speed, uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found lots of barrels with loud contact. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Advanced while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 83 mph; shows fluid feet, soft sure hands, and a quick clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. From clean slot, showed consistent accuracy to the base with a short quick arm action. Capable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a short quick arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Tall balance point with even in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic recoil finish. (Max spin 2035; Avg 1917).
