Hunter Richardson: LHP/OF, (2025) Butler, OH. Kentucky Commit, 6-foot-1, 186-pound. Solid on the mound, used a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Tall balance point with even shoulders. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2180; Avg 2023). His 2/8 slider showed late action. (Max spin 2038; Avg 1861).
Hunter Richardson: LHP/OF, (2025) Wayne, OH. 6-foot-1, 175-pound athletic projectable build. At the plate, Richardson clocked an exit velocity of 83 mph. Began in an athletic balanced stance with a smooth quick load, then used a leg kick stride. Bat speed is quick efficient, displays an uphill rotational swing plane and good extension on his high finish. Projectable in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 80 mph; shows smooth athletic feet, a clean quick exchange, and soft hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Projectable on the mound, showed a ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action with good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Athletic balance point. Threw his fastball 79-82 mph; shows running action and arm side command. (Max spin 2042; Avg 1937). His changeup (65-66) had arm side control and fading action. Had gradual action on his 1/7 slider (61-64). (Max spin 1642; Avg 1601).
