Started in a balanced quiet stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Had efficient bat speed, short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 81 mph; has a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.27. On the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a compact arm action with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 2085; Avg 2000). Threw a 10/4 slider with late action. (Max spin 1938; Avg 1867).
