Jackson Frasure: 3B/RHP, (2024) Chaminade-Julienne, OH. 6-foot-2, 215-pound. (79.6 mph bat speed average). (23.2 mph hand speed average). Began in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Had a simple upward swing plane, flashed explosive bat speed and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 81 mph; shows a natural exchange, soft hands, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.28. On the mound, showed quick arm speed, also used a clean arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2223; Avg 2137). Threw a 10/4 slider with tight action. (Max spin 2387; Avg 2305). 

3B/RHP, (2024) Chaminade-Julienne, OH. 6-foot-2, 215-pound. (75.9 mph bat speed average). (21.4 mph hand speed average). Began in a quiet stance with a compact load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 84 mph; had soft hands, a natural exchange, and consistent footwork. Solid his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 86 mph; showed sure hands, consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1888; Avg 1764). Threw a 11/5 curveball with slurvey action. (Max spin 2138; Avg 2138). His 10/4 slider had late tight action. (Max spin 2167; Avg 2087). 

Classic middle of the order profile. Physical dude w/above average bat speed and fluid patterns. Pure path allows for all field direction and natural lift. Top EV was 95 and bat speed also was one of the high recorded for Ohio. Quality, corner defender. Hands really work and he has above average athleticism. 3B/1B look like future destination but wouldn't rule out corner OF.

Began in a balanced quiet stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is present, shows a simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.23. 

Jackson Frasure: 3B/RHP, (2024) Chaminade-Julienne, OH. 6-foot-2, 230-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 97 mph. (72.1 mph bat speed average). (21.8 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then uses a controlled stride. Has quick bat speed, loose upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 86 mph; had sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.33 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, using a loose arm action he showed consistent arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 84-86 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2175; Avg 2056). He shows some action on his changeup (75-76). Threw a 10/4 slider (74-75) with late tight action.

Jackson Frasure: 3B/RHP, (2024) Chaminade-Julienne, OH. 6-foot-2, 230-pound physical frame. At the plate, Frasure was ranked 1st with an exit velocity of 101 mph.Begins in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a leg kick. Has a level uphill swing plane and quick bat speed. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 82 mph; has a clean exchange, soft hands, and smooth consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. On the mound, showed good arm speed with a loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed a strong balance point. Threw his fastball 82-84 mph; has arm side control and running action. His 11/5 curveball (70-73) has plus action. His changeup (78-79) showed arm side command and fading action. 

Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Shows back load to hands during leg kick timing trigger. Everything works well/very fluid stroke that generates easy juice. Pull side approach in BP.
Power: Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection: Middle of lineup.
Max BP Exit Velocity: 91mph.
Max BP Distance: 126ft.
Field: Solid showing over at first base. Has obvious feel for the position with an above average skill set in general.
Throw: Clean arm with an easier release.
Defensive Projection: 1B.

Scouting Notes: Came in to get the close for Team Select, securing a 5-4 victory. Physical presence out there with well above average arm strength for class. Also spins a sharper breaker with good depth to it. High follow here.
Fastball: 77-80mph.
Fastball Spin Rate: 1767-2169.
Curveball: 66-69mph.
Curveball Spin Rate: 1782-1995.

2/22/20 Position Player
Hit: Tall frame with a simple easy stance that presents a quick twitch bat speed that stays level throughout the zone. Already some physicality in there with much more to come as he fills out projectable frame. Showed natural backspin abilities at times. 
Power: 88mph exit velo with a max distance of 291 feet.
Offensive Projection: Present gap abilities that has a chance to grow into some power down the road.
Field: Athletic actions with above average ball skills, shows potential to be a lockdown defender at 1B, impressive showing.
Throw: 75mph infield velo.
Defensive Projection: 1B.
Delivery Notes: Ideal frame to develop throughout high school career. Utilizes a simple, yet efficient lower half as arm travels through a near ¾ arm slot that gets movement on the ball. Delivery comes together well in general, a long-levered type who gets down the mound well.
Fastball: 75-77mph with a 1700-1900rpm spin rate on Rapsodo with arm side movement.
Curveball: 63-67mph with a 1800-2000rpm spin rate with 10-4 movement.
Changeup: 66-68mph CH gets good fade w/arm sell

Body Type: 6-foot-1, 190-pound very physical frame for class.
Swing Mechanics: Simple approach mechanically, showing a short stride for timing during slight back load with hands.
Hit: Physical bat with natural loft to stroke. Ball comes off well, offering more jump than typical for class.
Power: 83 mph exit velocity. Has a chance for much more as bat speed catches up to strength with maturity.
Offensive Projection: Middle of Lineup.
Run: 7.9 60-yard dash.
Field: Corner infield frame/skill set that plays nicely at third base presently. Feet are quiet/fluid and hands are soft. Looks to have ball skills on par for class.
Throw: 72 mph arm strength across the infield.
Defensive Projection: CIF

Body Type: 6-foot-1, 190-pound very physical frame for class.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Slower paced, easy tempo to a delivery that doesn’t require much effort. Arm is clean/on time and he creates solid direction with lower half. Should see easy velocity increases as physical maturation takes its course.
Fastball: 70-73 mph. Fastball is mostly true with some late life through the zone.
Curveball: 62-66 mph. Spins it well, giving it some depth on an 11/5 plane.
Changeup: 66-68 mph. Does a nice job maintaining arm speed on the offering that has some run/dive to it.
Pitchability: Above average for class.
