Body Type: 6-foot-2, 194-pound physical, athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Balanced stance with a back load to hands during leg kick for timing.
Hit: Physical prospect with bat speed to match. Stays inside the baseball well, allowing for true ball flight to match his quality contact. Obvious physicality in stroke with impressive jump off the barrel. Bat is top tool and he has a chance to be a dynamic bat in the Tartan lineup.
Power: 89 mph exit velocity.
Offensive Projection: Run Producer.
Run: 6.78 60-yard dash.
Field: Versatile defender that has a corner look to him. Looks to be a well above average high school shortstop but could see a move to a corner spot at the next level. Physical kid with an above average arm.
Throw: 87 mph arm strength to home plate and 85 mph across the infield. Arm plays as an above average tool at both.
Defensive Projection: Left side of infield/outfield.

6-foo-1, 162-pound projectable frame. Jacobs starts in an athletic, balanced setup before taking his hands back during his short stride forward. Shows average batspeed as he gets through the zone on an uphill path. Fluid movements to swing. A more efficient lower half would level out swing and improve consistentcy. Recorded a top exit velocity of 84 mph and ran a 4.57 from home to first. A solid defensive infielder with the ability to create angles with his footwork to play through the ball more efficiently. Does a nice job of gaining ground to first base before throwing across the infield with 79 mph arm strength. On the mound he shows smooth rhythm in his delivery. Good direction to the plate, landing on line at foot strike. Finishes square to the plate in his follow through. Fastball sat 78-81 mph. Curveball sat 59-62 mph with gradual 11/5 break.

Swing Mechanics: Easy movements in the box that work well together.
Hit: Fluid swinger that has the natural tools to generate impressive jump without a ton of effort. One of the more physical bats we saw on the day. Looks the part in the box. Impressive round.
Power: Top bat speed/combination we saw on the day. Has all the tools to grow into regular power.
Offensive Projection: Impact/Run Producer.
Run: 6.89
Field: Plays with smooth actions with some bounce to his step. Looks like he has an infielder background. Ball skills are above average. Also worked out at third base where he has a more than serviceable skill set as well. Slightly more projectable as an outfielder at this stage.
Throw: Average arm strength.
Defensive Projection: LF/RF/3B.
