Body Type: 6-foot-2 178-pound prospect with a projectable frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Slow tempo delivery, slight forward lean through lift. Works in good direction. Uses a long arm action through a high-3/4 slot.
Fastball: 77-79 mph fastball is mostly straight working on a downhill plane. Showed occasional run to the arm side.
Curveball: 70-71 mph curveball has 11/5 action. Pitch has good spin, presently the break is short.
Changeup: 72-73 mph changeup is thrown with deceptive arm action showing regular cut to the glove side.
Pitchability: Solid three pitch mix. Good feel for secondary offers, both need to sharpen up. Would like to see more depth on the breaking ball.
Role: Too early to tell. Could see more velocity in the future, lacks a true out pitch. Likely a mid-relief arm in the future.
