2/17/20

2/17/20 Position Player
Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Uses a toe turn timing trigger during back load to hands. Physical presence in the box that can do damage when he connects. Like the combination of feel and burst.
Power: Gap abilities with raw power potential in there.
Offensive Projection: Run Producer ceiling.
Field: Plays with an uptempo pace in the outfield. Ball skills are ahead of the curve for class.
Throw:Arm has a chance to be a big time tool.
Defensive Projection: Corner Outfield.

2/17/20

2/17/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Looks the part physically at 6-foot-3, 185-pounds. Long, loose arm that comes through a near over the top slot. Very intriguing arm to follow.
Fastball:Sat in the low 80s throughout with all the signs of more to come. 81-83 mph, Topping 85 mph.
Fastball Spin Rates: 1800-2000.
Curveball:11/5 shaped offering with more spin than action.
Curveball Spin Rates:1 600-1800.
Changeup: The better of the two secondary offerings on the day. Good sell on the offering. Solid pitch.
Pitchability: Strike thrower for the most part.

2/12/19

Body Type: 6-foot-3, 170-pound long-limbed uber projectable frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Long lever right-hander with an easy delivery. Can repeat. Long/loose arm action. High follow with a ton of upside.
Fastball: 75-79 mph. Mostly true through the zone with some late life arm side.
Curveball: 65-68 mph. 11/5 tight breaking ball that has decent sell.
Changeup: 70-71 mph. Maintains arm speed on the offering that has some fade to it.
Pitchability: Filled it up with all three.
Additional Comments: Really liked what I saw on the mound. Easy delivery with much more velocity to come and the ability to fill up the zone. High follow with the frame that college coaches drool over.

6/28/17

6-foot-1, 165 pound athletic righty. His frame is longer and projectable. He throws from a higher ¾ arm slot and does a good job staying on top of the ball. He generates momentum with solid upper body torque towards the plate. His curveball has an 11 to 5 trajectory with some late life. He likes to land slightly closed, but still finishes in line with home plate. At the plate he starts in a balanced stance. Uses a toe turn to get his lower half involved, while moving hands back to launch. Swing with intent and showed impressive natural tools. A middle of the lineup guys that showed power potential. Ball jumps off his bat, especially to his pull side. From the outfield he uses very aggressive footwork getting to the baseball. Plays through the ball well on his glove foot side. Arm is well above average and accurate.

FB: 77-80
CB: 63-66
60-yard Dash: 7.86
Outfield Velocity: 76
Exit Velocity: 89
