6-foot, 180-pound prospect with solid, athletic frame. One of the top swings in the group. Good rhythm with simple upper half load. Creates good lift and ball jumps off his bat. Top exit velocity of 85 mph. 4.13 down the line. Needs to refine skills for OF play, where he will best be able to utilize his speed and athleticism. At present, he is stronger behind the plate. He starts from a narrow catching stance and displays average footspeed which can be improved with great intent on getting out and through the plate. Seibert’s arm action was short and quick but at times looked to rush his delivery process losing some control on throws. Not a huge issue right now. His best pop-time recorded was a 2.17 and he throws had good arm strength at 74 mph to the bag.
