Began in a balanced stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Has efficient bat speed, simple flat swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 72 mph; shows sure hands, a natural exchange, and quick feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a clean arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed running action. (Max spin 1910; Avg 1807).
