Comments

1/21/19
Body Type: 6-foot, 165-pound athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics:
Balanced stance with a leg kick timing trigger and back load to hands.
Hit:
Athletic launch with a compact stroke. Swing has slight downhill tendencies at times. Path plays for more natural backspin to oppo gap. Hands show a balanced combination of strength/speed through the zone. Ball really jumped with squared.
Power:
86 mph exit velocity.
Offensive Projection:
Run Producer Potential.
Run:
7.48 60-yard dash.
Field:
Worked out at both third base and in the outfield. In the outfield he moves well with fluid feet. Mechanically sound in general with solid ball skills. Also showed fluidity to his actions at third base where he graded out as an above average defender in general.
Throw:
Showed 74 mph arm strength across the infield and to home plate.
Defensive Projection:
UTL/3B/Multiple Spots in OF.

1/15/18

Ran a 7.34 60-yard dash. In the infield he shows smooth actions and soft hands. Fields the ball in the middle of his body prior to funneling into his stomach during his transfer. Transfer has some urgency to it. Looks to be a solid defender. Threw it across the infield with 68 mph arm strength. At the plate he starts in a taller setup prior to getting into his leg kick load. Barrel flows to a vertical position prior to launch. Bat travels on a level path to the baseball with strength to his hands at contact. Has a tendency to get around the ball at times. Impressed with barrel jump when he stayed inside. Top exit velocity was 81 mph.
