Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Bat speed is quick, exhibits a short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 81 mph; has sure hands, consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. Clocked a time of 7.52 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, used a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing some arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 1767; Avg 1608). Shows a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 1527; Avg 1359).
