A physical prospect with an athletic build at 6-foot-1, 205-pounds. A left-handed hitter that has a swing full of well timed, athletic movements. Luke uses a leg kick to initiate his lower half and an aggressive stride forward to transfer a ton of energy into contact. He uses a bat tip while taking his hands back to create balance and separation. In batting practice he showed the ability to drive the ball with authority to his pull side with extension through contact. Was able to reach a top exit velocity of 89 mph. Behind the plate he starts in a low, athletic crouch and has some quickness to his transfer. Pop times ranged from 2.14-2.22, while throwing with 74 mph arm strength to second base. Ran a 4.47 from home to first.

6-foot-1, 205-pound body frame, with bigger lower half. From the crouch he uses good footwork to get himself turned and in line on his throws to second base. He throws with a clean, short arm action coming from a high ¾ slot. He reached a top velocity of 71 mph to produce pop times between 2.22-2.26.
