Scouting Report: 6-foot-3, 210-pound big body frame. At first base he has adequate footwork around the bag and moves well off the bag laterally to cover ground. Throws from a ¾ slot reaching a top velocity of 69 mph across the infield. Right-handed hitter starts his swing from a relaxed stance. Has minimal load with his hands getting into a solid launch position. Swings with a level bat path through the zone and finishes his swing with a two-handed follow through. Showed the ability to use the whole field during his round of batting practice, recorded a top exit velocity of 76 mph and ran a 7.96 60-yard dash. From the mound he throws using regular effort to his delivery and offers a four-pitch mix. Has a straight up and down leg lift, landing in a straight line at foot strike and finishes with his momentum carrying toward home plate. Throws with a shorter arm action, using average arm speed through a ¾ slot. His fastball was thrown between 70-74 mph. Curveball has gradual break on an 11/5 plane between 61-62 mph. Throws his changeup using fastball arm speed and the pitch showing some arm-side run to it at times between 56-59 mph. Has a knuckleball with good dancing movement at 60-62 mph.
