Hit:Right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Hands stay quiet during his leg kick load down low. Compact, slightly downhill stroke with noticeable quickness to hands. Line drives all over the yard in BP. Power:Line drive pop. Offensive Projection:Table setter. Max BP Exit:85 mph Max BP Distance:297 ft Field:In the infield he plays with a controlled tempo too that speeds up after fielding during the gaining ground phase. Hands work well/glove skills are on par for class. Also worked out behind the dish where he showed a more than capable skill set. Solid defender. Throw:Clean, accurate thrower. Defensive Projection:3B.
2/15/20 Position Player
Hit: At the plate Stenger uses a stride forward to create his load and weight shift. He shows somewhat high hands at times. He drives his barrel through the zone well with a somewhat flat bat path.
Top BP Exit Velocity: 83.2 mph
Top BP Distance: 249 feet
Offensive Projection: TBD
Field: In the infield he shows good feet with good rhythm and timing. Naturally quick arm. In the outfield he takes aggressive routes to the ball and plays through the ball well. Behind the plate he shows good footwork and a quick, clean transfer on his throws. Shows good athleticism at all positions.
Throw: 76 mph across the diamond, 82 mph from the outfield, and 69 mph from behind the plate.
Defensive Projection: Probably projects best at either 2B or C. Shows good athleticism and instincts all over the diamond.
Body Type: 6-foot, 170-pound athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Open stance with a simple load into his back leg that engages his hands well.
Hit: Downhill bat path that stays inside the baseball well and goes to all fields. Middle of the field approach.
Power: Line drive guy right now with more to come as he develops and adds size.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Field: Quick feet with a smooth/quick transfer. Receives and blocks the baseball well. Plays low and under control throughout sequence in the outfield. Plays with rhythm and solid ball skills.
Throw: Developing arm strength with loose arm action.
Defensive Projection: C/Corner OF.

Body Type: 6-foot 170-pound prospect.
Swing Mechanics: Uses a toe tap load with an armbar and a slight cast of his barrel around the zone. Shows a flat bat path and decent barrel control.
Hit: Good hands and bat to ball ability.
Power: 80 mph exit velocity.
Offensive Projection: Pretty good hands but swing limits his ability to drive the ball to all fields. Could develop into more of a gap to gap guy with some refinement of his swing.
Run: 7.63 60 yard dash.
Field: 2.16-2.25 pop time. Behind the plate he showed good receiving ability. Average footwork and exchange. In the outfield he attacks the ball well and plays through the ball. In the infield he was the raw. He showed below average footwork and bad angles through the ball.
Defensive Projection: Presently projects at the next level best as a catcher that could also fill in as a corner OF guy.
