Preston Graves: 3B/RHP, (2022) Northeastern, OH. 6-foot-2, 192-pound lean projectable frame. Projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 88 mph. Began in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Has above average bat speed, flat rotational swing plane and level finish. Barreled up multiple balls throughout his round. Pull side approach. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 76 mph; has a clean exchange, sure soft hands, and rhythmic feet. Showed a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. On the mound, used a compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed a consistent balance point. Slider (70-70 mph). Threw his fastball 73-76 mph with a max of 77 mph; has running action and command around the zone with tight movement. His 10/4 curveball (63-67) has gradual action.

Scouting Notes:Very projectable, 6-foot-2 frame on the mound. Long lever type who gets down the mound well. Compact arm action through a high-3/4 slot. Fatball worked both sides of the plate and was complemented by an 11/5 breaking ball. The pitch pops out of the hands with early/big action.
