Has quick bat speed, uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up lots of balls during the round. Pull side up the middle approach. From the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 87 mph. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.4. Projectable on the mound, had a short compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed tall balance point and in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. (Max spin 2364; Avg 2326).
