Very projectable frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Slower paced tempo to a delivery that requires some effort. Works quickly and throws strikes. With his length and plane the 77-79 mph fastball is heavier than velo suggest. Breaking ball is sharp with depth. Has a slider look to it and has some swing and miss. Also offers a playable changeups. Definite arm to follow.
6-foot-4, 190 pound longer, lanky framed right-handed pitcher throws from an over the top arm action. Mechanically Fischer’s actions worked well but can increase tempo to create more fluidity. His fastball was 76-77 topping out at 79 mph with glove side run and efficient control. curveball sat 69-71 with good break at the hips dropping in for strikes consistently. Fischer has plenty of room to grow and fill promoting greater strength and development in the future.
