Ryan Jackson: C/SS, (2022) Bowling Green, OH. 6-foot-1, 185-pound. Solid at the plate, Jackson recorded an exit velocity of 86 mph. Starts in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a controlled stride. Bat speed is above average, uses a flat swing plane and level finish. He found multiple barrels through his rounds. Capable in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 80 mph; shows firm hands, and consistent feet. While catching, his strong arm produced efficient throws to second at velocities up to 79 mph; shows a clean exchange, twitchy hands, and smooth feet. had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.92-1.99 pop time. Has athletic setup. Had a very quick arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a 60 time of 7.48 at the event.

Began in a balanced stance with a quick controlled load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is above average and displays an upward swing plane. Athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 84 mph; shows a clean exchange, soft hands, and athletic feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Behind the plate, he made strong throws to second and produced an efficient position velocity of 79 mph; had smooth athletic footwork, soft hands, and a quick exchange. Displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.97-2.06. Above average flexibility and clean setup. Recorded a time of 7.49 in the 60-yard dash.

Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a toe tap. Bat speed was explosive, used an upward swing plane and high finish. He produced some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, displayed a velocity of 83 mph; showed consistent hands, consistent feet, and a clean exchange. While catching, he made strong throws to second and produced an efficient position velocity of 79 mph; shows athletic feet, a clean fluid exchange, and soft hands. Displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.91-1.96. Had athletic setup. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.43.

Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Quiet hands during slight leg lift timing trigger. Uphill path with rotational tendencies. Balanced offering of strength and speed through the zone. Middle to pull approach for the most part.
Power: Pull side pop. Can run the gaps.

Max BP Distance: 271 ft
Field: Really liked him behind the dish. Good athlete who's well versed back there. Well above average defender
Throw: Clean arm with jump out of the hand.

Hit: Right handed hitter. Begins with a wide, balanced set up which transitions into a simple loading sequence for regular timing. Level path through the zone with line drive abilities.
Power: 80 mph tee ev. Line drive pop
Offensive Projection: Table setter
Field: Worked out as C and SS. From the C position, he recorded a 1.90-1.98 while showcasing sufficient footwork and naturally quick movements. Quick transfer with present arm strength. From the INF, he has good lateral movement and sound, playable actions with soft hands.
Throw: 77mph arm from the C position. 81 mph arm across the INF.
Defensive Projection: C/3B.

Hit: At the plate Jackson has a somewhat wide setup and uses a toe tap load. Shows naturally quick hands and good bat to ball ability. Very flat bat path with linedrive approach. 
Power: 79 mph exit velocity.
Offensive Projection: Should be able to create consistent contact and spray the ball around the diamond well.
Field: Behind the plate Jackson showed solid footwork. Naturally quick movements and arm. Can still refine basic footwork skills.
Throw: 77 mph from behind the plate.
Defensive Projection: Shows potential to stick behind the plate at next level.
